Democrats want to require non-union teachers to pay union dues.   Jim Hawkins from  http://www.peiowa.org  says that's a bad idea.   So does,  Mark Mix , from  http://www.nrtw.org/  Then , Marcus Winter from  Manhattan Institute for Policy Research http://www.manhattan-institute.org/html/cr_50.htm  says teachers are not under-paid.   Plus,   what the gay rights  "Bully Bill" is really all about.  High energy conversation.
