Nationwide the VA Hospital system is under scrutiny for under-performance and in some cases,  malpractice.   So what about Iowa?  Iowans evaluate.  Then, Fr. Robert Sirico says the new Pope really isn't a political leftist...redistribute benefits, not wealth.  A valid distinction?   Then,  should Iowans have the same rights to carry at the statehouse as government employees do?
